Seven of our club made served sausages and soft drinks to those attending the Shopping & Trade which was held at Expo Citywide Baptist Church in Mornington today. We were going to be having a BBQ outside but due the rain we were moved inside (much to our relief). 300 people ignored the terrible weather and came through the doors to see the 75 exhibitors promoting their businesses and showing off their wares. There were 75 prizes given away and Tracy was one of the lucky winners of an aromatherapy pack. There was also a fashion parade, tea and scones and lots of other give-aways.
The club raised about $375 by selling sausages and soft drinks which will support local community projects, including Louis’ Van.
