Sunday 8th November was Tasmania Day which we participated in by helping the Theatre Royal celebrate their 175th Anniversary.

Hundreds of people explored all aspects including all the nooks and crannies, lighting boxes etc of the grand old theatre then the smell of our sausage sizzle lured the visitors out to the garage where we served 300 sausages and lots and lots of cool drinks to quench their thirst.

There were many historical displays to illustrate the hundreds of plays and musicals that have been performed at the theatre. The crew were also on hand to explain all of the excitement and hard work that goes on behind the scenes.
