The 2009 State Final for Storm the Stage was held on Saturday afternoon at Dwight Brown Auditorium, Rosny College where an audience of about 180 were entertained by 18 amazing solo performers.

Head Judge Don Gay said all performers were outstanding but only four could be selected to go through to the National Final in Perth WA in December.

Those four people are Lauren Pegus and Rob Mallett for Drama and Robert Manion and Oliver Reading for Musical Theatre.

The audience was also treated to a preview from “Seussical the Musical” presented by Mainstage Theatre Company. They will be performing at the Peacock Theatre from September 13th to 20th.
